Get some big roostertail type spinners and head for the main river channel drops. Keep a rod with a rattle trap close by for the schooling fish that break the top.

Coming down to Kentucky lake in 2 days. We are staying at Cozy Cove with the entire family 10-14 of us. we've been down there many years at this time of year and some years get em good. Just wondering if anyone has any advice. We will be there a week. Thanks for any info.

I like a 3/8 oz roostertail in white/red tip. Small spoons work if you can stay on top of em. You can throw that roostertail in the jumps too but I haven't seen too many big boils yet......
