sixfin really showed Dylan a good time! They out fished us. It is tuff vertical jig'n brush wit 2 young boys in the boat but it was fun. I think we just had 27 but they were all nice'ns! We all 3 had a 2# fish (or darn close to it).

All those fish came outta 13', 14', 15' of water. Caught some today suspended 7' deep over 16'. Weird year fellas.

Hey Whiskers, thanks for giving me the opportunity to take him. He out fished me! I pretty much just run the trolling motor and he was heftin' em in left and right. You've taught him well. This is why we get into fishin-to be able to pass it on and spend that quality time with kids and give them memories they will never forget!

I don't know if you did me a favor or not now that I think of it. You set the "bar" awful high for me.

Dylan's gonna turn out to be a pretty darn good crappie fisherman. I think he hooked. Yesterday we tried cast'n a little & I said we needed to try something else. Hes asked if we were gonna go back to vertical jig'n. I told him yep, & he said "YES!" :D He loves that 2 pole'n! Thumbs Up

You older guys must have been guiding, the boys with thier smiles seem to say we beat the olde guys. Good job young me. Glad to see someone teach old Wiskers how to fish.
