I'll answer that ...

#1 - the quote was "had nothing to do with Kentucky LAKE". The State, itself, was not referenced.
More than just KY anglers fish there. We don't OWN the lake ... it's public waters. Other state anglers have as much right to it as we do.

#2 - most states have a state forum, but they're not exclusive to just residents of that state.

Let's not stereotype EVERY OOS angler, based on observations by a select few.
