I'm afraid it's not time for TVA and the COE to start holding back the water yet....so they will probably push the extra thru instead of letting the lake rise....

Unfortunately they look at flood control instead of fishing conditions....

This cold rain is probably gonna just keep the water temps down into the 30s longer....
