    Hey Buffalo13,
Good looking stake beds. I sure hope you catch some fish off of them. 2.5 months and the black crappie should be on. Weather forcast for this winter is mild and I hope they are right. I need to put some beds out myself. Be careful with them heavy beds. I have been to the doctor more than once putting my big beds out. I hope you have a Crappie New Year!

I use concrete test cores and I put 6 on there. Sixfin said that would get them down good.

Sorry, ran across this post and had heard the same thing. Makes you wonder how much they really know. What's scary is I hear they're calling for a mild Feb. If they are accurate as they were with Dec. & Jan., I'd better go cut some more firewood. ha

Look at weather forecasters like this- how many jobs can you think of you can be WRONG half the time and STILL keep your job? If they were doctors, they`d be sued outta a job, if they were airline pilots most would be dead...if they were politicans...wait a minute- no one would NOTICE!
