Hello,
I have been given permission for a spring crappie trip at Kentucky Lake. Can someone please reccoemnd a good guide and a nice cabin for a few days of fishing in the spring.
Thanks very much
Larry
What part of the lake?
That is pretty much up in the air. A few guys will want to golf 1 day so it would be nice to have a golf course nearby. Other then that, doesn't really matter what part of the lake. We have never been there before and most of the guys aren't really into fishing.
thanks

Maybe this can give you a starting point. Not sure about guides. Jonathan Creek area is a good place to fish

I'll second Big Bear. Been staying there every year for 6-7 years now. Close to good fishing. There is a excellent guide there also. Rodney Hairgrove has been guiding in that area for many years. This resort is only a few miles south of the dam.
Crappie spawning and morels popping up at the same time. What was God thinking when he made that schedule. It's pure torture every spring deciding which to do.
Rodney is the man!!
