How has the pressure been on the lake lately. Also if I was to night fish down there can someone tell me a safe ramp you can park your truck and trailor.

There several good ramps during day time fishing but at night I trust Scott Creek ramp better. Cannot tell you about the pressure right now. I would think the joy riders during the day time would be the worst pressure, doubt if there very much fishing going on right now.

i like either scotts creek, alfrey, or warix. I use warix the most cuz i usually fish that part of lake more than the dam side. Should begin falling slowly, i think they start in early august for drawdown. Good luck.

According to this : http://www.lrl.usace.army.mil/wc/res...plots/crr.html the lake is still at full pool.

Click on the blue highlighted number under "Today's Pool Feet" for Cave Run Lake and it will give you a chart showing the last years worth of lake levels, rainfall, & flowage.

This will give you temp readings : http://www.lrl.usace.army.mil/wc/wq/crr.html

How was the boat traffic, did you get the water temp and did the lake have clear water or was it stained. Sorry for the questions just wondering what the conditions are like.

boat traffic was not a factor @ bangor ---- I should have put in at warix boat ramp it was packed when i came off the water from bangor " thats usually a good sign " ....Muskie was being caught like bass or blue gill there -is what detered me from going....water was alot clearer at warix -slightly stained at bangor but clear looking .I used blue and chartreus jig tipped with minows at first then just straight hook and minow ....good luck bro!!
