We stay at Shawnee Bay too, we go every Fall. We usually go the last 2 weeks of Oct. The fishing is good and it's not crowded. Every thing is biting especially the Yellow Bass, pesky little buggers. Nov. is better but the weather is more iffy. At my age I like to be a little more comfortable.
