Simply no. I am an out of stater but have fished the lake for years. I was there this weekend on Jonathan and noticed a boat keeping a number of smaller fish. Made it obvious to them that I was checking every close fish and mentioned the limit to them. I don't know what they ended up doing with their fish. The kdfwr does a good job of managing this fishery in my opinion and I will let them handle the regulations. As a person that only fishes the lake six or eight times a year I struggle to catch a limit a day as it is and usually don't. We caught 15 keepers between Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning (me and my fiance) but three of them went over two pounds which is why I come back. Learn more every time.
