    I like a little current this time of year. Pushes th bait fish in the bays. Just so long as they don't wait till the blacks spawn and then pull the rug out from under them.

    Water about half-way up the buck willas until about mid june would be ideal as far as I am concerned. And some color to the water. Maybe the whites will have a good year-class too. Go sliding in the willas with a skulling paddle and dip a jig or minnow down in there and load the boat.

    Bass will be up in the willows too. Dip a texas rigged worm in there and hang on. Fun times to be had.
