Welcome Aboard Crappietaker. I can't agree more with the last two statements. Glen Elder definetely for Crappie and Walleye. If you are looking for a little bit smaller water, Ottawa state fishing lake up by Bennington has always been a good little crappie lake as well as bass. Bennington also has Saugeye, which are the walleyes cousin. Those would be my first two picks for the fish you mentioned. Three other lakes that I would highly recommened would be Milford/Marion/Kanopolis. Those three are both within easy driving distance of Salina and are usually great producers.
