Default Adding Low Draw Spot LED Lights

I frequently find myself out after dark running across the lake to ramp. Usually I just follow my chart plotter course with no issues. Last summer I was running fairly slow (about 20mph) and a had a solid thump and not a crappie thump. I just finished installing these on my KTM and they kick out some serious light. 10w draw 8 degree spots or various other degree floods. So after the they turned out so well on the bike I am now wanting to add them to my boat. I am thinking of various ways to mount them and will work something out to make it useful to actually be able to see the Lake surface area out in front of me a little. Figure I wire them into my running light at the bow then tie it into the switch.

Is or has anyone else run something like these and how did they work for you. The one photo is the same LED lights mounted on my bike and turned on.

    About $50 a pair and quite small about 2.5 x 2.5
