Interesting new spin we got here with Brownback. I haven't seen the article yet, but the COE wants out, bad. They been looking to have someone take over mgmt for a while now. My biggest case in point are Kanop and Wilson, both lakes had some work done trying to attract a "lessee". Some study done said that campground and facility improvements would benefit better under more ideal conditions. Hence, most bath-houses had some remodeling and public restrooms were installed. Quite a few restrooms too I might add, Kanop alone received 6, every parking area there has a restroom now. I think Wilson had similar numbers itself.

There is one benefit I can think of, 1 permit. Oh, oh, another Fed shutdown and the ramps are still open.
