    Default Umm Just Because

Windy here today and nothing but 'Work" around the property planned and I am just in delay mode.

So I thought I would post some pics from my 998....still learning to use it but already have found some thing on the barren Milford bottom.

Have to work on enlarging the stuff

You know I think using it is helpful. With that said.......I am very careful to not turn a fishing trip into a Side Imaging trip. I can see where if you are not careful you could end up just riding around "looking" for that great spot on your electronics. I try to keep in mind that SI is a tool but the fish get in the boat by actually fishing with line in the water and Not Side Imaging.

This is just me....but what do I know

Kag question, second picture down on right side. Why did the track widen out like it did? Is that caused by a setting change?

I think you talking about this one. If you look at the Di in the upper left you can see it drops off and gets deeper....correlates in the SI image

Good picts! I just SI on my boat a few weeks ago. I know what you are saying about not turning your fishing trip into a SI trip.
