Bye Bye Ice!!
Checked out a couple of spots after work tonight hoping to find safe ice one last time before the 70% chance of 40 degree rain( they are predicting for Thursday) melts it all away, but no luck, everything was soft!I did manage to get out on the ice and walk around a bit but I just wasn't getting a warm and fuzzy about it and decided I would lean to the side of safety and call it a night!
On a brighter note: The boat is ready for some open water fishing on Friday!!!

This Friday where also suppose to have temps in the 60's.
Glad you were able to get out and take advantage of the ice.
Seems like most of Kansas might see an average of a week or two of safe ice and that's it.
