Out here at Milford it has been raining pretty hard off and on for 2 days now. I see where they have had a lot up north of us which is what really matters as the Republican River is the main feeder source. I doubt it will make that big of an impact unless this is going to now be the fall weather pattern. We went from surface of the sun hot to instant fall almost over night. I will take it as it will cool the lake some and make the fishing better.

The biggest advantage to much cooler water temps is it drives the tuna boats off the lake that would normally be pulling everything from wake boards to cars hoods.

How's the crappie fishin been at Milford KAG?

TO be honest I have not chased any crappie in a couple of months. Been Wiper fishing a lot. I am getting ready for crappie though now that the weather looks to have turned. I have a couple of reel lights that I may use next Saturday night after the dove shoot. So we will see.....
