I am not 65 but I would like to know what other things to you get for free when you turn 65? I know you get 10% off at some stores. Maybe you should get 10% off of your new fishing license. I don't hear anyone complaining about the 3 rod and not getting them for free. You have to pay full price for them. Trout stamp??? Full Price... No complaints about that..... Camping?? Full price... Lake permits?? Discount.... 10% maybe. What if someone has never purchased a license until they turned 65? Does Kansas owe them a free ride. They haven't paid their dues by buying a license every year.

I understand that many people don't have much money at 65, but buying a license helps put more fish in the waters that we fish and other things. It's 20.00 bucks. Everything in this world come at a price. Thats government at its best...
