ANother thing, I think anyone that buys a annual day use permit should have to provide proof their boat is registered in KS. to get the current rate, If it's registered out of state they should have to pay 4 times the current rate, that would bring some extra money in and shouldn't hurt the out of state registered boaters since they aren't paying any KS. property taxes on their boat!
