    Gonna taste oh so sweeter knowing you caught them on your own jigs. But an electric fillet knife, can it really be faster than a good sharp regular fillet. :D
    I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.

    Super nice batch of gills there for sure, less than 30 minutes with electric fillet knife and they are ready for the deep freeze.
