1500...... There are two ways to speed it up. The first would be get an electrostatic gun, build a small paint booth and all that jazz, would be rather expensive.

The other way is to find nice sized fluid bed so you can heat 100-500 blades at the same time, take them out of the oven and dip them all at once.

If you are talking about doing detail stuff on them, I don't know of an easier way to do it. Maybe the powder paint water stuff but I don't know if that will work in an air brush.

High temp tape might work but it would be a lot of work cutting out all the shapes unless you could find them pre cut.
