I like any thing between (Inclusive) a 1/32 and 1/64 with a #8 hook. I know lots of people like smaller hooks that even a #8, but I don't seem to have trouble catching even smaller bream on one.
Below are a couple of pics of some I tied for a customer for bream and I don't remember if that is 1/64 or 1/32, but you can see what I did. Also there are some on my web site other than these that will work fine in a smaller jig. I know the second one is both 1/32 & 1/64 and all #8 hooks.

This is a fly and you can make them what ever color you want.
