Have you seen these before

Now I know where I remember them from, they look like a Bitch Creek fly! The only difference is they are on a jig head and only have the legs out the back instead of both. I wonder if one could put the legs out the front too and have a jig like the fly?

I have tied them with the legs coming out right behind the head before, and they do work. But i like just using the tail legs, catch more crappie and perch with them that way. But Big gills like that spider look sometimes.
