    really good looking jigs Ranger...I think I like all of them...good paint jobs on the heads and good color combos....good fishing to ya...brim

    regarding the blue color, I didn't have any confidence in it either, till someone turned me on to the kalin grub 2" with black blue and chart. I caught everything in the lake on it. I know it was the blue that did it too, cause black and chart. didn't get those same results, altho I know it will at times. have been using some flour. blue calftails for little jigs too, haven't used them yet.

    WOW - jigs are very nice. Really like the red hed in the last pic...

    You can build up the "skinny body" with thread. I build up a tapered body, with 3/0 flat wax, and use 3-5 coats of FP.

    Man those are some nice ties!!!!!! Nothing to worry about there. Now you got the same problem as me to cold to go fishing plus theirs alot of ice on the water.
