Default my jigs on my lake

i dont know if all of you have found this to be true but i have found that i can take hand tied jigs that work on my lake and fish them on another lake and they dont catch jack. i think on every body of water the fish want something different, jigs that work on one lake for crappie don't always work on another. what have been your experience with this?

I stick with tried and tested patterns that catch fish ANYWHERE. Chartreuse & black, Chartreuse and pink, all white, all chartreuse, chartreuse and aqua, wooly worms and wooly buggers are all fixtures in my tackle box. Those are what I have the most confidence in.

That is key, you must have CONFIDENCE, in what you are throwing and you must BELIEVE in your presentation tactic. Above all fish it slow! There are countless tips on my CD. I encourage you to invest in your fishing future and buy yourself a copy.

The key ingredient on ALL LAKES is CONFIDENCE and fish it SLOW!
