I Could Have Gotten Vista Free With My Laptop But I Didnt Get It Because I Had Heard So Many Bad Things About It. I Guess I Messed Up. Ooh Well, If It Crashes My Laptop It Will Just Be A Good Reason To Get A New Mac.lol I Have Been Wanting One Anyway.

If you're having problems getting rid of it, it's because you have Norton... Norton is absolutely horrible at doing anything other than slowing your computer down.
Go to www.download.com and download AVG Free Antivirus. Install and run it. If you're interested in buying one, the best AV out by far is NOD32 by ESET.
Another freebie from www.download.com is Ad-Aware, just search for it and download the free version.
Those are all safe and download.com is safe to download from. Most porn sites will try to get you to download stuff to view it but just going to the page won't hurt, you have to download something and then run it for the problems to start. It could be spyware or adware, it's usually not a virus (though most people don't know the difference).

It's the best free one that I've found. I personally don't use anything and my computer runs like it did when I built it. General computer knowledge will get you far, and computer security knowledge will keep you 99% safe.
