I also think tying jigs to make money is not a good idea for a lot of reasons with the main one is you can't make a living tying jigs without working your hands to the bone! Tying because you enjoy it is something you can loose trying to make everyone happy except yourself!

Thanks Skip. I get what you are saying. Being here out of the country with nothing to do is a bit different. Last year I about went crazy with boredom. This year I focused on tying and have been much happier. If I get $1.50 I can be fine with that...if I only get $1.00...still beats a blank. Anything I make is helpful and it gives me something to do. Not like when I was working and my time was worth something.
