I've not heard anyone speak of their foam strips shrinking. Perhaps that is the cause.
Did you also use the same weatherproofing specified by DK?
Have my strips already cut and ready to glue up this weekend.
Thanks

I have made 4 boxes with the Duck brand 1/2x3/4" weatherstrip SK call out for on the materials list video.I did use an acid (A small shop brush)brush to spread the Gorilla glue on the strips after flexing them backwards of their"memory"bend. Each and every time after they dried they shrank up to and over one inch.As I said prior the best cure is to make the strips at least one inch longer than measured so after they shrink you can cut off the excess to then have them the full edge-to-edge length. After you Gorilla glue your strips and let them dry you will see what I mean.
