Last year I tried some hand tied jigs made with calf tail and bucktail hair. I usually use plastic but wanted to experiment. I ran into a problem with using Slab Sauce with my hair jigs. (NOTE: this is not a Slab Sauce bashing). The problem was that after applying it really matted down and was almost impossible to clean up the jig for the next trip. Should I treat this as normal for hair jigs or no?

Also the mop tail jigs might not have this issue and probably hold the scent better. I’ve bought supplies for this but haven’t done it yet to test. Slab sauce and G sauce are great, wish they came in nibble form.
