If you want money to pay for your lunch by selling PRO fessional jigs, just say "my jigs catch fish" or "ask so n so".
Have fun tying. If it's not fun while catching food, then it's stupid to me. Fish can be caught on a kernel of corn, a cotton ball or a pillow feather.....among anything else.
Pride in creating an art that has a purpose is very rewarding, but honestly..... it's still just.... fishing.

Yes can catch fish on most anything! As a kid I once caught a 7pound bass on a Salmon egg and hook, nothing else! I could see him in the water so I stuck that egg in front of him and he ate it, lol!
