    Good post, I like to use a dubbing rope also and are easy to learn to make and use.

    Dubbing rope is the best way to apply dubbing for the body of a fly as well. I have used it to tie some jigs and using this style let you dub with the hardest materials to use in dubbing, straight material like Ice Dub.

    Good post on the hairs ear tie! I also like hairs ear and have several colors. Makes good buggy looking ties!
