Still a good bobbin will help a lot, but needs to have at least ceramic inserts. Some without ceramic will be fine, but it's a hit and miss kind of thing. With ceramic you don't need to worry about that. However even the cheap kind with ceramic inserts have some issues too, like the insert falling out of the tube and then it's up to you to glue that back in which is not easy yo glue them back end without getting any glue on the outside side of the insert. I like Dr. Slicks about as well as anyones in that price range. Some bobbins have full ceramic tubes which is even better usually.
