Looks to me like it would make for a lot of damage since the 90 degree bend will mean you would have to make the eye part of the shank cut all the way around to it new place, but I suppose you could use some epoxy to carefully fill that back in, but then would it hand straight or no. Don't think I would to that unless it was on a straight shank hook which that one is not. Maybe someone else has a better idea???
