I bought some Slab Daddy jigs at BPS once. They had the right look, amount of chenille, hackle feather, I was sure they would do fine. But when using them I found out that they were tied for production and not quality. About 6 fish and the chenille unraveled. Tried some of the others. Grabbed the whole body and rotated it on the shank of the hook. So in the end, they were like the uber desirable bombshell looking baby doll in high school, much better to be seen with than to actually date.
