X2 with Skip on the tin foil over the swivel - I usually sit and watch the tube and put tin foil over all the swivels that way when I'm ready to powder paint that part is all done.
I know most people tell you that once you dip your jig it needs to be shiny like a finished head, but I've increased my output by really trying to have them with a light coat of powder on them. Then X2 with Skip, pull the tin foil off, and using a small piece of paper towel just wipe the powder off the eye. Then cure them.
I did about 200 jigs the other night and only had 6 that came out with the little paint nipple on the tip and those were on ball heads and minnow heads, none on the ponys or horse heads. All the eyes were perfectly clear.
