    Talking The bug

I don't post many of my jigs but thought y'all would enjoy this new one I added to my site. Started working on a jig for a jig-swap last month and this jig was my finished product, "THE BUG". This is a cross over from tying jigs and flies. When pulling it through the water the wing on it's back gives it a dying bug look and will run upside down. I believe this will be a good jig for not only crappie but bream also. It will give the fish something new to look at.

Looks good, nice job. Like the colors too and bet it will catch some fish.

I have a bunch of ready made bug bodies that would look close to that, just have not had time to tie any. I bought them from Rainy's.

Now that's certainly a different look Ronnie. One of the local guys that tourney fishes alot tells me you gotta show the crappie something different if you want to catch the big 'uns so I think you might have something there.Thumbs Up
