Have any of you ever....
taken your tools/materials with you on a fishing trip, and tied something specific to the water you're fishing? I mean say the fish weren't interested in anything you were offering...have you ever tied something on the spot (or maybe back at camp if you're camping), or the hotel? Just curious.

As many different jigs as I have, I just reach in the box. Wouldn't be the first time I've heard of it though. Can't match the hatch if the stuff is home.
