    Diffrent Places anywhere from Crazy Ang. to Tackle Craft to Jann's just where ever I find something I like and that is a good price! lol

    Hope all that is Neck hackle (not Saddle Hackle) and if it is your gonna be surprised at how many jigs you can tie with an OZ, LOL!
