    Default New to tying

Started tying a few jigs tonight, made a half a dozen. Some good, some not so hot. Couple questions for you fellas...
Where do I find blue chenelle? Like a dark Ford blue.
And when tying in the flash, do I tie it before or after the maribou, cant seem to get that one to look right.

There are a bunch of web stores in the sticky "where do you buy your supplies" at the top of this page.

As for the flash, either way is perfectly acceptable and it pretty much comes down to personal preference. Marabou I typically tie it in the center and just a touch longer than the marabou. hope this helps.
