I agree with JungleJim & Fatman - I go down to 1/8 (and rarely 1/16) with thread neck bucktail jigs. Any smaller and i would say to use kip to cut down on waste. That said, i do have a couple patterns i tie in 1/64 that i use... arkansas bucktail and clouser patterns that i tie on jigs. Anything goes i guess.
