Thanks for all the good words folks. NP, Like a plugknocker with a spin. I like it. My brother is coming on with the crappie fishing but his time is more limited than mine. He and my Nephew chase green fish a lot and there isn't a good lake nearby that gives up Crappie on a regular basis. So if they lose a few, I can deal with it. We all know that if you're not getting hung up, you're not fishing in the right place.
Agrihawg, that's probably my favorite of my hand ties. It put's a lot of fish in the boat. I've tied it with neck hackle, maribou, and those are soft hen saddle hackle, and they all work. Just a touch of red and the chenille varies from plain gray to shiny white, still works good. Try some if you haven't already, you'll like the results.
Skip, looking forward to the pics, your ideas always get my mind running. That's the floss we spoke of in the gray jigs, I think it's called flex floss. Real easy to work with. The mailman made me happy also, the colors are great. Thanks. Shot some docks today and came home with 6 nice fat keepers. All on my hand ties. Also saw a cloud of shad as big as my Jimmy today, them fish are gonna be fat soon. Tight lines, one and all.

Well I hope it runs in a good direction, LOL! That jig is kind of my representation of a twin tail.
