Another use for died badger is this from saddle hackle for blue gills. These are both the same jig and is 1/64 #8 hook and after tying it I wanted to add some red silk to just behind the head and this is what I got.
As an add in I wish that I had planned it so it would have looked better.

Skip, my buddies pond sunfish would tear up the one with the red. They're aggressive little boogers. Some of em with a mouth bigger than a quarter.
