Soswine, it's gonna be a 30 minute project. I found some of the foam(polyethylene) used in packaging and got busy cutting. The stuff is free so who cares about mistakes. I had 2 done in no time. Hot glue them to hold in place after dry fitting and trying a couple of options. I also found a couple of Scientific angler boxes built the same way for cheap and use one for my smalls, 1/32 and smaller. I have one that I just made a flat layer in for bigger bucktails and such. Plano makes a mid size box with no dividers that I used 2 of for my bigger stuff from 1/16 up. A slicing knife, long straight edge and a rounded tip, made the job easy to keep the cuts straight. Razors or new utility knife blades cut the stuff like butter.
