It's funny, I used to sit in the car and wait on my wife when we would go to Hobby Lobby. Now she waits on me. LOL. I got a pack of the foam sheets there and they work good for bug flies.

Tell me more about the cutters Skip. The foam I picked up is in individual sheets that are big compared to the bundles you refer to. Too many goofy colors in those. Like the bluegill bugs and want to know more of the cutters to make life easier. Basic colors work for me, red, black, white, yellow, and need some green to finish it.

There is a lot of different ones and you can get them one at a time if you want or maybe you just need 2 or 3 different ones.

They are made by or that name is on the card in the package, River Road Creations, Inc. It's kind of crazy because for example I have one called Universal Bug Wind Cutter and there are 6 different sizes you can choose from. They have some soft kind of flat piece of stuff the you use as the back under what your cutting and press the top side to cut what ever your cutting into what ever shape.
I have a bug body cutter and they only offer 3 sizes of them, LOL! You can get some info and ideas of things to tie and a little on how to do it.

Here is their web site, but I warn you if you start buying these cutters you may end up like me with about 12-15 of them and want more. I have had mine for 3 years I ting and have not used them lately, but I can show a few pictures too. If you can't find them I know where I can get them for less than retail.

Thanks for that info Skip. I will be getting some of those. I've just been cutting little peices and gluing them together, then trying to trim them.

Just take your time and figure out how big they are or how small because they run the line of pretty large to really tiny once you fold one over to make a bug it can be little. However they have some bigger ones like the Chernobyl Ant?

Yeah Skeet that is why I warned you. I remember when I started buying them and it was not long before I couldn't believe how much I was spending on this stuff. However it's so cool to have these tools for making the foam bugs and they are very nice.

Also like I said each one comes with it's own little rectangle shape white semi-soft stuff for you to cut against. This is because when using them you have to kind of change pressure points to make a clean cut. but they work just fine.

Not sure how many I have, but would suggest maybe any of you that want some of these should contact me first for sizing so you don't buy one that is not of the size you really want. I did that so know how easy it is to buy the wrong one.

I will be happy to help and if you guys can't find them at a reasonable price I can buy them wholesale at least.
