You have some nice colors in there and they look like they'll catch fish BUT....you gotta do something with those hook eyes full of paint.:rolleyes:![]()
Wow! Those jigs make me hungry. Try using a small nail to clean the eye before curing, works for me. I use a heat gun and right after I dip the jig in the powder paint I use the nail.
Then use the heat gun once again to cure. I'm a newbie and would like to here some other methods used by you vets.

Thanks for all the comments! I didn't realize the eyes would be such a hot-button issue! LOL I generally clean them out right before they get tied on my line, and didn't even think twice about it.

I was replicating a jig my grandpa SWEARS by. I just need to tie a bit of marabou on and they'll be exactly like the ones he showed me. The plan is to make some micro-size spoons and "pin mins" similar to what you make... just haven't gotten quite that far yet! I can't wait for hard water season to get here so I can really focus on vertical jigging them.
