    Default Electric Chickenfish

Been playing around with some new fish heads I got. I made fins out of mallard flank feathers. I don't know how it acts in the water but it looked kinda neat.

Definitely something the fish do not see every day. Interesting.

Thanks guys, the question is how it acts in the water. I'm afraid that the fins will keep it from going strait when slow trolling. Only one way to find out. Scott

    Default cork

I'm sure it looks AWESOME under a cork. Where do those heads and eyes come from and what is its size. Are those the ones your tying for the swap.....lol.

Thanks Nightprowler64, no I just came up with that idea but my swap jigs do have some mallard flank. I got the fish heads from Ron Don. I've never seen more detail, lips, gill plates and even nostrils! I two-color powder painted the one in the pic but with nail polish you don't cover up all the details. P.S., I got the 3D eyes from Ron Don also.

Try that pattern in a brown with black tail. It resembles a sculpin. Great looking bait you tied. I hope to get that good and creative one day.
