    Default A Real Winner

I tied this for gill a while back, but the crappie won't leave it alone. Not a bad thing. Fall is so slow that it really gets em interested, then a flick of the tip is rewarded with a thump and a bent rod. Simple and easy to tie, just had to tell y'all. It's the little Gray and fl. yellow on the top right. I think it's on a 1/64 or 1/48oz. Whatever it is they cant stand it!!

Nice looking jigs!!!!!! Gills love any bait with rubber legs on it, and if the crappie like it too that much better.

The yellow material is a silicone spinnerbait skirt, much heavier than sili-legs. Found it had laid in a small pocket of water in the boat and rusted yesterday. Back to the vise. The chenille is very small also.

    skeetbum,
That gray has been your go to color all this year from your reports.
Glad you gave them something new and they latched onto it.
    Good going !
