Default New Tool #2 --Continued

My Pie pan holding my new crop of jigs
This pic shows a heated .032 wire cleaning out the eye of the jig.

The SALMON color is my own creation. This is a color I created using equal parts of red and chart.

Notice the jigs are finished with eyes.

I hope this might have helped some of you that are new to jig powder coating.

I happened to have a baking rack that we almost never used and that is what I use when painting. I did use i or still do sometimes in the oven, but since I started using the toaster oven I only use it now to hang them on while cooling after painting.

Your looks really good and simple. The only thing I would warn new people about is they better have something under that to catch any paint that drips until they know not to over coat the heads?

I couldn't agree more.
azslabbler suggested "You can do the same as you got there and bend the side inside the pan after you make your holes, then it won't drip into your oven and your wife will never know, lol."
Makes sense to me!
Thanks for the update on Time and Temp for curing...

Here's the pan I use

Pretty much the same except any drips go in the pan been using them for years. Three trays I get almost 125 jigs. While those cool I do another 3 pans.
