For the eyes I use fabric paint (called 3D paint). I went to a hobby shop and bought some foam and cut it in two different sizes and glued one on each end of a chopstick! One end for the background of the eye, one for the foreground of the eye. Once dried and coat the head with Hard-As-Nails and off you go!!
