I agree with JJJ, looks darn good for just getting into it, welcome to the board!!! I try to keep it simple and have fun.
For material, I like chenille bodies myself and use lots of natural colors for my lakes. There are lots of colors to choose from in chenille so you can go crazy there.Marabou and hackle are the best tail material IMO, but buck tail has its place on larger jigs as well as calf and squirell tail on very small jigs. If you need links on where to get stuff, let us know.
I would also check out some fly tying videos and sites, they are good to learn the basic stuff and alot of the ideas work the same for jigs. Keep it up.... Lookin' good!!!
