    Default Lake Macbride tips/tricks/info?

I'm heading to Lake Macbride Saturday June 1st-4th with a co-worker and a Veterinarian friend. I fished this lake 2years ago last September. No one on the lake could even buy a crappie! I'm looking for as much helpful info and anything to put me on the fish as possible! Thanks in advance!

(We may also try Coralville if Macbride isn't producing.

Norht end of submerged bridge in 10 to 20 foot of water for numbers of decent fish. Across from state park boat ramp north of the point is a hump. That thing holds some really nice fish but not many at a time. They spook in the clear water real easy, stay back and cast. Great little fishery, hope you do well my friend. P.S. Coralville is really tough right now. If you know some spots in back water you'll do fine, Good luck.

I don't know what the situation will be when you are going, but I had some luck around the small rock islands by the state park ramp/marina area. Stay back and cast to the rocks and bring it slowly back into deeper water or try trolling around those islands with jigs. Good luck and hope you find them.
